Mrs. Zoe Nambahu is an admitted attorney to the High Court of Namibia with 15 years of experience. She holds an LLB, a Master’s in Law, and a Master’s in Business Administration, all from the University of Stellenbosch.

Dr. Martin Tjipita | Vice-Chairperson

Dr. Martin Tjipita is the General Manager: Operations at Rössing Uranium and has 30 years of experience in control and instrumentation, strategic management, governance, and project management. He holds a MCom, an MBA, and a PhD.

Mr. Davey van Wyk | Director

Mr. Davey van Wyk is a distinguished professional with a robust background in education and public service. Mr van Wyk holds a Diploma and a postgraduate degree in Mathematics, underscoring his strong academic foundation. With over 20 years of experience in education, he has shaped many young minds as a teacher. In addition to his educational expertise, our new director has a decade-long experience in civic work, having served as a local authority councillor and Deputy Mayor at the Usakos Town Council. Currently, he serves as the Mayor of Karibib, showcasing his dedication to community development and governance.

As a dedicated educator with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Mr. Michael Skini champions and advocates learning. His leadership extends beyond the classroom, having held key roles on the Municipal Council and serving on the Board of various organisations where he was involved in driving impactful initiatives. As an active community leader, he works tirelessly to improve the lives of the community members and create a better future for all.

Mr. Ley-roy Victor has over 17 years of expertise in logistics and procurement. As the owner of a successful car hire company, he manages seamless operations of the fleet. Additionally, he plays a pivotal role on the Management Committee of Walvis Bay Municipality, contributing to strategic decision-making and community development initiatives.

Mr. Mathias Kaluhoni | Director

Mr. Mathias Kaluhoni is an expert in telecom installations and fault clearance. He has over 22 years of experience in the industry. He has completed numerous industry-related courses to complement his experience. Currently, he serves as a member of the Management Committee at Omaruru Municipality, and he is also an active member of the Central Executive Committee of the Namibia Public Workers Union (NAPWU).

Mr. Immanuel !Hanabeb holds a Master’s Degree in Development Finance from the University of Stellenbosch, and a B-Tech in Finance and Administration from Namibia University of Science and Technology. He also holds various diplomas and certificates. In addition to his academic qualifications, Mr !Hanabeb has more than 25 years of senior management experience, including a decade of experience in strategic development and implementation, revenue generation strategies, business development, stakeholder engagement, and project management.
